As of January 18th, 2006, Get Noticed is ending further development of the Downline Builder software. This program has fueled hundreds of online companies through 8 years of business, and 4 major revisions. However, our company has decided to dissolve and it's members will make a shift in other directions.

What Does This Mean For Me As An Interested Buyer?
The software is no longer available for purchase, except in special circumstances. If you are interested in similar products, please consult the many other sites available online that offer programming services.

How Does This Affect Me As A Licensee?
If you are a licensee of the Downline Builder software, we encourage you to continue using it for as long as you wish. As it always has, the software itself will operate independently of our web site for it's normal operations. The only major features that will be affected, relate to the in-program tech support form, and the ability to reinstall the software.

If you have a current support contract with us, it will still be honored for the duration of your plan. After all current plans have ended, the support feature will be discontinued. No further support assistance from our company (or anyone else) will be publicly available.

The DownlineBuilder.com site will be kept active for a minimum of 4 months from this date. During that time you can still make use of the resources in our site's support section. The ability to reinstall the software will also still be kept active, should you wish to move your site to a different location. At the end of this period, the web site will be officially closed, and reinstallation of the software will be no longer possible. We feel this is sufficient time to allow all of our clients to seek out alternative solutions if so desired. But there is no imposed deadline that will make the software inoperable.

What Will Be The Future Of The Software?

There are no specific plans at this moment - though a variety of ideas are being considered (such as GNU licensing). All intellectual property is being transferred back to the software's original creator, which is as it was before Get Noticed assumed the development of it back in 1997. No public contact address for the original creator is available at this time. As such, unless further noted, all copyrights will still be enforced, but the software will not be maintained, upgraded, or supported for the immediate future.
